A couple of weeks ago my art group, the Wellesely Women Artisans, made their debut with an amazing Community Art Project. It was held during the Wellesley Wonderful Weekend and brought lots of people out to participate.
The project: a big huge community weaving. The material: upcycled old frames from the town recycling center and donated fabrics scraps. The place: a gorgeous park next to the library. The scene: peaceful and serene.
