You may have noticed that I paint a lot of elephants. Why is not entirely clear to me but since they come to visit me often I just let them walk through my paintings. I do have a soft spot for these powerful and at the same time gentle creatures. Recently, I came across this little video and it definitely only strengthened my bond. How sweet is this love between two elephants who have been separated for 20 years. AMAZING. One of these days I have to dig deeper and learn more about their meaning and why they flow out of my paintbrush. But for now it's just fun to watch and let it happen.
