I am an artist, author, illustrator and yoga teacher living outside of Boston with my family.

I grew up in Germany, then lived for 4 years in Mexico City, where I received a BA in Psychology. From there I moved on to Cambridge, Ma to study at Lesley University.  I hold a MA in Art Therapy and have studied many classes at the SMfA (School of the Museum of FIne Arts, Boston)  to further my skills in illustration and different types of media.

My art is inspired by my kids, nature, yoga and all that is beautiful around us. I use watercolor and collage for my illustrations and acrylics for larger pieces.  You always find me happiest with loads of paint on my hands.

People say that my paintings makes them smile and I hope it does the same for you.

I recently recieved my certification as a 500h yoga teacher (RYT-500) and have started to teach around town. I am particulary drawn to the slower forms of yoga to to help replenish and nourish body and mind.

And of course the yoga practice is is refelected in my art, so don't be suprised to find many yoga inspired themes. VIce versa, the yoga practice keeps me inspired and creative.
